1955 West Indies Cruise
16 January Luncheon Menu
This is another page in this series of Caronia meal menu transcripts. It is for the Luncheon of 16 January 1955 on the West Indies Cruise.
Cruising on board the Caronia was not only aimed at the very wealthy. The pro-rata fares for these short cruises to the West Indies were a bit lower than say for the Great World Cruise.
Even so, they were still not cheap, and were aimed at people who wanted a quality holiday, but could not be away for longer than two weeks. So, although this was one of Caronia's shorter cruises, the range of food offered was still quite extensive.
