This is another of the very early Caronia menus, from an Eastbound transatlantic crossing made in May 1949, just 5 months into her career.
As with the Cabin Class menus of the period, the full menu was printed on the right side of the opened card, and two suggested menus were shown on the left side. Also in common with Cabin Class, one suggested menu was in English, the other in French, and both offered different choices
