1949 Christmas Sunshine Cruise
Programme of Events - 21 December

This is the first of what will be a selected series of text transcripts of the “Programme of Events” which was issued daily whilst Caronia was at sea, and covered up to 3 days whenever there was an extended stay in port.

In many ways these programmes are also a window into social history. Certainly, they record all the major films, noting their main stars, with a different film being shown on board each day.

This programme comes from departure day of Caronia's very first Christmas Sunshine Cruise of 1949.
