These next two pictures show the comfort to be found in a 1st class stateroom. This would be before all
the cabins were fully air-conditioned. Some of the suites on Main Deck also had opulent sitting rooms as
seen in the photo below. I'll let the photos speak for themselves, the luxury is self-evident.
This lovely suit by “Laeta Ramage” appears in the charming background of a 1st Class stateroom.
In a “Moygashel” pure linen fabric with all-round pleated skirt and tiny pleats to decorate the
pocket flaps. It is called “Norma” and can be supplied in White, Cream, Primrose, Pink, Ice Blue,
Turquoise, Gunmetal, Light Grey, Pale Green, Tan, Light Navy or Black.
