Stan Dingwall (now in Canada) sent in these two shots. The photo below was not from the Caronia, but the Empress of Canada and taken outside the Market Diner in New York (A favourite haunt for most British seamen). I only included it because all these guys sailed on the Green Goddess at some point.

That's me in the middle, red shirt. To the right is Magnus Macgee then Neville Roberts. To the left is Norman Robinson and far left is a Scot, I just cannot remember his name. It may come to me, I sailed with him on the Ceramic also.

Stan seen right, with two other wingers (no names) at Alexandria on the 1966 Summer Mediterranean cruise.

Stan remarked... “That's a Russian cruise ship behind us. You know, I did not think about this until someone pointed it out to me, but we are an ad for docker pants! It must have been the fad in '66!
